What are some of the things you can do to generate more referrals?




There are four types of referrals— 

  • word-of-mouth, 
  • online reviews, 
  • social media sharing, and 
  • 1 on 1 referrals via referron, LinkedIn, message or email from people who know like and trust you


What are some of the  things you can do to generate more referrals?


  1. Become referrable - create your business card on Referron and get it on your advocate/client/prospects phone - easily done - send them your business card or send them a referral or warm introduction 
  2. Identify your ideal client - create an avatar of him/her or them 
  3. Build a database of your ideal clients
  4. Identify the things that they need 
  5. Build  a database of people that can fulfil those needs - add massive value to them at minimal cost to you - your alliance partners - in a Referron group  
  6. Build relationships with them 
  7. 25 touch points - keep in regular contact 
  8. Follow up
  9. Have a defined pathway for them to engage with you
  10. Provide a sensational cx
  11. Ask for testimonial or referral once done 
  12. Rinse and repeat 
  13. Stay in youch - maintain and strengthen  the relationship
  14. Turn customers into advocates - give them an easy way to give you that warm introduction 
  15. Be sure to connect them too people in your connections  that you know like and trust (within 3 taps of Referron )
