Thank you to Westpac and the 19 other incredible entrepreneurs with which I just shared a trip of a lifetime featuring amazing meetings in San Fransisco with Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Airbnb, IBM Watson, Sephora and more, followed by a mind-blowing South-by-South-West conference-festival-party, rounding off with an amazing meeting at the United Nations in New York (and yes they loved Humanitix). Key lessons for an amateur entrepreneur like myself: 1 - Put more effort into interviewing - up to 10 interviews before offering a role (checking skills and separately culture). 2 - Everyone in the team (no matter what their role) should once a year be trained on the 5-minute Humanitix pitch. 3 - Stay focused on the core, don't let consultants, customers or competitors drive your strategy. #Westpac #Businessesoftomorrow #linkedin
